Complete this form for all new bookings – along with these steps:

Block out dates on RV Share – IF THIS IS AN RV SHARE Reservation, make sure to place “RV SHARE” somewhere next to the reservation number on this form and use THE RV SHARE RESERVATION Number.
Make sure to select the appropriate insurance option. If they are undecided, select “They NEED insurance through wheelbase.
IF RV SHARE Reservation, select the insurance option that will prompt the MBA Insurance email to be sent.
Mark status as START to begin the email / text reminders to the renter. Change status to STOP after contract is received in the FORM ENTRIES section. Click the button below to be routed.
Use the “Go to Bookings Form Entries in WordPress” button to change the status of an entry.

Notes to the RENTER

Insurance *

The customer NEEDS insurance through Wheelbase. I made sure insurance IS ACTIVE.

The customer DOES NOT need Dave's RVs/Roamly to provide insurance. I DEACTIVATED Wheelbase option and will send insurance binder.

RV SHARE BOOKING - customer is using RV Share insurance. Wheelbase is DEACTIVATED.

This is a DELIVERY which we are waiving insurance for.

STOP automated insurance emails. We have received either the customers insurance binder or the RV Share renter has purchased it through MBA

Clicking STOP will cease all INSURANCE related emails to the customer. Check this box after RENTER purchases MBA insurance or after they return the completed insurance binder.
